my dad was great, he dedicated his life to helping others, especially needy and vulnerable children, he always went out of his way to help in any way he could and for years my mum and dad fostered and adopted children from all backgrounds, they had so many children come and go i cant even remember some of them cos i was too young!!! i remember when i was little he used to hide a special gift in the christmas tree for me on christmas day cos i was his special little girl, he was supportive to a lot of crazy things we wanted to do when we were younger, horseriding being one of mine and my parents even stretched to buying me a horse, then dad had to learn how to tow a horse box, LOL one of the funiest things ever was when i was 20 years old and had my boyfriend stay over for the 1st time, they bumped into each other in the hallway, he was totally stunned LOL his face was a picture, him and my partner stephen became good friends and would go for a pint together and sit up and watch billy connelly dvds and richard pryor etc, they used to have a proper laugh...usually squabbling over the footie. my dad was over the moon when i had my 1st son, his f=1st grandchild, jayden was a total grampa's boy and he cant understand where his grampa has gone, when shayne came along a few years later he was just as smitten and would often keep him overnight to let me get a sleep LOLOL shayne grew to love his grampa just as much as jayden, only blessing is shayne to young to know anything about heaven, wish i was too young to know anything about heaven. i wish that day i came to visit you that you were ok dad, i hated seeing you laying there, i wanted you to get up, if i had been earlier maybe you could of gotten up and i could of helped you, you are very sadly missed here dad, if your watching please dont forget that we all love you, each and every one of us do. with all my heart, love and tears dad, goodnight!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
